Receiving and Inventory Management:

Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers, answering questions about grocery products and helping them find items.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of Grocery products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Grocery department, adhering to safety standards.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about grocery products, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.
Continuously learn about new product arrivals and changes in inventory.
Support to Manager:
Assist the Grocery Department Manager in organizing and maintaining records, including inventory reports and sales data.
Collaborate with the manager on product ordering and vendor communication.
Front-End Support:
Provide support to the front-end associates during busy periods, including cashiering, bagging, and restocking impulse items.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth store operations and promote a positive work environment.
